I have always been fascinated with IDs. In high school and college, I look forward to receiving my school ID. Now that I am in a position to actually make one, I am thrilled to share the ID designs I make. What makes it more fun is the fact that I can actually produce the ID I design. We recently invested on a business package for printing PVC type IDs. This includes a laminating machine, ID cutter and PVCs. Our new pigment ink printer is a great match. Here are some of the ID designs I produced recently.
While I produce IDs, the selling point here is still the design. The latest design I made was from merely a lowres logo of the client. There is so much challenge in making this one. First I had to reproduce and make a high resolution copy of the logo. I am so tempted to remake it. I could not. The logo is a really old one that the client would rather keep. After making the hi res copy, I used the color scheme from the logo to make the theme for the ID. Some parts of the logo were also used to come up with the design. Another great output from us yielding to another happy client.
